Murray's Global View
Global View is an opportunity for our constituency to hear stores of what God is doing around the world.
It's a glimpse into the impact that they are making as we work together for the Kingdom of God.
June 2025
While Murray recovers well from his recent cancer surgery, this month’s Global View brings an exciting update from Jeff Kelly (Associate Executive Director) and Jeshuran Beadle (Mobilization Lead).
God is stirring the hearts of the next generation—as we connect with young people across Canada, we’re encouraged by their growing passion to join God’s global mission.
Here are just a few highlights:
- In BC, students are forming missional communities and exploring full-time service overseas.
- In Saskatoon, a former Muslim, turned Atheist, now Christian is exploring joining God’s mission overseas.
- At the youth conferences in Ontario, Mission Global had the opportunity to engage with thousands of youth. Our time at these conferences sparked passion and interest in many young people about global missions.
For more information about mission opportunities or to connect with Jesh, our lead mobilizer, feel free to reach out to him at Jeshuran.beadle@paoc.org.
We are also partnering with the Ethiopian church, to send workers into unreached areas within the Horn of Africa. We invite you to consider partnering with this initiative by giving generously.

Thank you for standing with us in prayer and in mission. Your support helps send the next generation into the harvest field.
July 2025
This summer, I’m once again training for Ride to Thrive—but this year, it’s deeply personal.
Earlier this year, I was diagnosed with cancer. By God’s grace and the excellent care I received here in Canada, I’m now cancer-free. Thank you for your prayers and support.
That journey reminded me how fortunate we are to have access to quality medical care—something many in northern Kenya don’t have.
That’s why this year’s ride is dedicated to bringing surgical care to Turkana, a remote region in Kenya where the local hospital currently lacks surgical capabilities. Urgent cases often require hours of travel—if care is even reachable. We're raising funds to equip this facility to save lives.

This summer has also brought encouraging global updates:
Czech Republic: Our partners Petr and Renata Rattay shared how church plants and discipleship are growing in a secular culture.
Southeast Asia & the Subcontinent: Young workers are training Muslim-background believers, and churches are multiplying—even in difficult places.
Your support is part of each of these stories.
Let’s keep believing that God will bring health and healing to every land.
Thank you for your prayers, generosity, and heart for the nations.
