Job Description

For 100 years, Canadian Pentecostals have obeyed the Great Commission and followed Jesus to the ends of the earth. They have brought hope and life by preaching good news to the poor and reflecting the love of God in their lives. Our team of workers remains committed to change nations through transformed people by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are seeking individuals and families who are passionate about PLANTING communities of authentic followers of Jesus—partnering with local believers to establish churches around the world.

Required Skills

- Demonstrates mature Christian faith as defined by PAOC statement of faith with a deep commitment to spiritual, ethical, and relational integrity - Passion to see lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit - Servant-leader, committed to life-long learning - Self-motivated, ability to handle ambiguity - Strong interpersonal skills - Willing to learn a new language and embrace the culture in which they serve - Dynamic, energetic, creative thinker, solution-oriented individual who values relationships - A willingness to cultivate partnership with supporters through prayer and finances

Education Required

- Bible College training is an asset, not a requirement

Experience Required
