Job Description

Working at the International Office of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC), the Personnel Administrator is accountable for administration of the Personnel team of International Missions (IM). This role is responsible for implementing departmental initiatives and assisting the Senior Manager of Personnel and the Personnel team. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: - Responds to all global worker/volunteer enquiries - Communicates invitations to apply to all enquirers and sends IM GW application; connects applicants with the district credential clerk to initiate credential application - Prepares all panel packages - Prepares all IM operations forms, and communicates all post-operations meeting approvals; liaises with Help Desk to update all email lists - Prepares all GW renewal letters, and communicates all appointment renewals - Manages social media groups and posts of relevant information on GW Family page - Receives and files all GW newsletters/communication for archival purposes - Tracks GWs coming to Canada and communicates this information to the district and IM Process: - Enters/initiates CRM data - Builds and administrates personnel files - Liaises with the Senior Manager of Personnel and the Manager of Mobilization to analyze and enhance processes, documents, forms and workflow - Assist with projects as needed Credentials: - Takes an overarching view of credentials with IM - Liaises regularly with the International on credential matters, and sits in on the regular credential and national administrator's meetings (with the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Mobilization, or on his/her behalf) - Handles credential transfers (incoming and outgoing) - Tracks credentials on behalf of IM - Manages the ordination process for IM and RAN - Manages credential renewals for IM and RAN

Required Skills

- Mature Christian character, able to uphold the PAOC's Christian values and standards of conduct - Ability to follow process and workflow to completion - Well organized with high attention to detail - Should enjoy both written and telephone communication - Excellent interpersonal skills - A citizen or permanent resident of Canada or the ability to legally work in Canada

Experience Required

- Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred - Administrative experience - Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Outlook and Excel
