Pastor

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth and community outreach. Responsibilities: • Lead Sunday worship services and deliver engaging and inspiring sermons • Provide pastoral care to congregation members, including counselling, visitations, and prayer • Organize and lead Bible studies, small groups, and other spiritual formation opportunities • Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with the local community and bring new members into the church • Oversee the administration of church programs and activities including community service initiatives and special events • Collaborate with church leaders and staff to develop and execute a vision for the future of the church If you feel called to serve in this capacity and meet the requirements, please submit your resume, cover letter, and references for consideration. Requirements: • A degree from an accredited seminary • 5+ years of experience in congregational ministry • Ordination or eligibility for ordination with the PAOC • Strong biblical knowledge and theological understanding • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a congregation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to serving others and living out Christian values in daily life • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and church leadership
