Job Description

Responsibilities would include:

* Manage and Maintain all CMCA properties owned or used

* Rent houses on ministry properties as required, record revenue, provide documents of expectations for tenant, terms of use, repairs and maintenance required

* Vehicle maintenance and scheduling

* Oversee & direct Security and Maintenance Staff

* All other duties as required by the Director of Operations and/or CMCA Board



Required Skills

* Resourceful, administrative qualities
* Good organizational skills
* Good communication skills
* Fluency in Spanish is an asset
* Handyman skills an asset



Education Required

* Negotiable
* Relevant educational requirements are an asset
* Theological training is an asset



Experience Required

* Good public relations experience and financial acuity
* Experience in a relevant trade is desirable
