The Neighbourhood Church is looking for a permanent full time Facilities Director (32-40 hours per week) including some evenings and weekends. This position will be responsible for; 1 - providing building, yard and parking lot maintenance. The ability to do minor repairs is an asset. Major repairs will be coordinated by the Director of Facilities through our volunteer base and contractors. 2 - maintaining an exceptional level of cleanliness in all areas of our facility 3 - setting up and taking down for all events and rentals 4 - coordinating all facility booking requests If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please send your resume to email@example.com. The successful applicant must have good organizational skills, strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to lift and move moderate to heavy items, maintenance/repair experience, along with a positive attitude.
