Do you have a passion for the mission and vision of Master's College and Seminary? Master’s is seeking to fill the roles of Director of Corporate Services. Review of applications will begin immediately, with an anticipated start-date for these positions of June 1, 2022.” Reporting to the President, the Director of Corporate Services is responsible for the oversight of the finances, operations, human resources, and information technologies of Master’s College and Seminary. Responsibilities: • Overseeing the functioning of the Corporate Services department in compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations. • Caring for the record keeping of Master’s finances in an accurate and timely manner, which includes monthly financial statements and comparisons between budgets and cash flow projections. • Ensuring the books are audit-ready for the accounting firm that audits the books of Master’s. • Monitoring income and expenses and helping the President and Lead Team members control expenses based on cash flow and approved budgets. • Ensuring payroll is cared for bi-weekly and that appropriate side issues, such as T4’s, clergy housing forms, etc., are completed on time. • Working with the President and Lead Team in preparing operating plans and budgets to support Departmental goals. • Working with the President and Lead Team in preparing an annual budget for presentation to and approval by the Board of Governors. • Supervising and monitoring leases and contracts of business appliances that assist in the day-today operation of Master’s. • Supervising facilities and/or lease agreements for facilities ensuring appropriate space and design for the overall function of Master’s. • Supervising and/or liaising with facility personnel to monitor the maintenance and care of the facilities. • Supervising the information technologies of Master’s offices and campus, and ensuring that it runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. • Cooperating in the ongoing institutional assessment, evaluation, and planning cycle by providing assessment data from areas of oversight and fostering a culture of assessment and improvement in those areas.

Required Skills

Preferred Requirements and Skills: • Membership at a PAOC church. • Membership with the Association of Business Administrators of Christian Colleges (ABACC) – a sister organization of the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE). Or upon being hired, the successful candidate will be required to become a member within the first 90 days. • It is recommended that they hold active credentials with The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. Or upon being hired, the successful candidate must apply for them within the first 90 days. (Note: The Board reserves the right to appoint a Lead Team member who is non-credentialed and who cannot hold credentials with the PAOC.

Experience Required

Education and Experience: • University degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field of study. • Chartered Professional Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation. • Minimum of 5 years of professional workplace experience in their field of study
