This position will oversee the management of donor and member data in the church management application, Planning Center. This role will be responsible for finding efficient ways to streamline processes and workflows and ensure the confidentiality of data is maintained. Duties and Responsibilities • Create and enforce policies for effective data management. • Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. • Maintain church database as accurately as possible. • Input manual donations into Planning Center. • Commit all donations in Planning Center. • Assist with the weekly offering count. • Send reports to donors. • Prepare annual tax receipts and distribute by email or mail. • Produce all statistical reports as required and requested. • Support others in proper use of data systems (Planning Center Online). • Engage in regular and ongoing coaching with department leader. • General administrative tasks as they arise.
