This is a one-year contract position, to start as soon as possible.

We are looking for a creative, results-orientated CRM configuration analyst to help us configure and deliver end-to-end support and continuous enhancement for our business solutions environment. Reporting to the Business Solutions Manager, this position will work with the IT team and our vendor.

Responsibilities include:

- Work with our VAR to implement business solutions.
- Design and build Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom entities, reports, integration, forms, and workflow to address specific functionality and usability gaps.
- Work collaboratively with end users to troubleshot and resolve Dynamics 365 issues.
- Prepare requirement definition for new requests as needed.
- Provide support for CRM users, including responding to CRM helpdesk tickets, CRM service requests, proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Build online reports with Fetch XML, SSRTS reports and KPIs using Power BI.



Required Skills

- Knowledge of .NET programming, Java Script, web parts, Office 365 environment.
- Knowledge and/or working experience with SP online and Adxstudio.
- Knowledge of Sitefinity and Portal Connector.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics CRM API's web services, scripting, SQL server, Scribe and other supporting technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.



Education Required

A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.



Experience Required

- Experience with configuring and deploying Microsoft Dynamics online solutions.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM security profiles, user administration, entity configuration, process workflows.
- Experience with business analysis and requirement gathering would be an asset.
