Children's Pastor

Peace Tower Church is looking for a Children's Pastor to oversee all children programs, participants, and volunteers leading children in spiritual growth. The Children's Pastor will plan and oversee Sunday kids church, nursery, midweek night, summer programming and special events. The Children's Pastor will also provide pastoral care and support to children, parents and family units in collaboration with the Lead & Associate.

• Ability and desire to disciple children • Ability to cast vision and to pursue the actualization of that vision • Ability to implement creative approaches to Children’s Ministry • Ability to learn and use Planning Center Online software • Excellent organizational, administrative, management, and leadership skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment through to successful completion. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to handle and maintain confidential material and information.

Bachelor degree from an accredited Bible College is preferred
