Children's Ministry Director

Our church is seeking a dynamic term Children's Ministry Director to lead and grow our children's ministry program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sharing the love of Jesus with children and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful ministry programs. Responsibilities: • Develop and oversee a comprehensive children's ministry program that includes Sunday school, mid-week programs, special events, and outreach initiatives. • Recruit, train, and equip a team of volunteers to assist in the implementation of the children's ministry program. • Create and implement a safe and secure environment for all children and volunteers. • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and families to support and encourage their involvement in the children's ministry program. • Work closely with the pastoral staff to ensure that the children's ministry program aligns with the overall vision and mission of the church. This is a full-time position for a fixed term. Requirements: • A strong personal faith and a commitment to the core beliefs and values of the Christian faith. • A current seminary student or recent graduate • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful children's ministry programs. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and families

Must be a current seminary student or recent seminary graduate.
