Job Description

The administrator will focus on all aspects of general administrative duties at the Training Centre in Trujillo, Honduras while engaging in opportunities to lead people to Jesus Christ and engage them in discipleship. Responsibilities include but not limited to: -Provide Leadership to normal administrative aspects of the Centre -Give oversight to all media communications -Give leadership to all aspects of financial administration -Develop and present an annual budget to the Board and other financial reports as requested -Provide leadership in the procurement of supplies for the Centre -Engage in the discipleship process of the students -Aid in the gathering and distribution of humanitarian aid and other equipment, as needed -Fund raising and communications -Aid in the planning of opportunities for Short-Term Missions Team

Required Skills

-Leadership and managerial skills. -Ability to communicate well. -Good analytical skills. -Ability to work with minimal supervision -English required -Spanish required (potential to learn on the Job)

Education Required

-Bible College training is an asset -Financial training is an asset -Must be committed to the goal of continuing education for oneself as a means of providing for professional and personal development.
