Job Description
With an immediate start date, the successful candidate will report to the Senior Accountant, and will manage the Accounts Payable responsibilities for PAOC and its many related entities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receive and enter all payables requests into accounting platform (Microsoft NAV)
- Prepare wires, cheques and Electronic Fund Transfer payments
- Point of contact between PAOC and vendors
- Manage all Account Payable files
- Review and process staff expense reports
- Engage in month end closing processes
- Problem solve and suggest process improvements
- Provide support to other accounting functions as required
- Support external audits, including preparation of working papers

Experience Required
- Prior Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
