Ministry Focus

T came to saving faith while teaching English in China a decade ago and has continued to serve in that sensitive context. Relationship building, small groups, counselling, and power encounters have been T's family’s practical ministry focus. Now, T and his family have now been called to serve in Kitwe, Zambia as PAOC Global Workers reaching out to the Chinese diaspora in Africa. More than two million Chinese people are living in Africa as a result of recent economic expansion projects. This group is largely unreached while reaching China is becoming increasingly difficult. T's family is currently seeking partners to join them in reaching the Chinese community in Zambia by becoming a director with PAOC ministry Bridging China and Africa.

Ministry History

T came to China 16 years ago to teach English and came to know Jesus 10 years ago, along with his wife, S. They were discipled by international ministries and has worked largely in a small group ministry context reaching Chinese and internationals for the last 6 years. S has a focus in Christian counselling to women. They have two children ages 3 and 6. This family is now responding to God’s call to become PAOC global workers after being invited to join Bridging China and Africa (BCA), a ministry focused on reaching the massive Chinese diaspora in Africa even as China is closing. T and his family are seeking faithful partners to help them reach the field and expand this ministry to the glory of God.

Prayer Requests:

  • For God to soften the hearts of the target group to receive the Word.
  • Faithful partners to come alongside this ministry.
  • That this family would grow closer to God every day.
  • A safe and smooth transition out of China where they are currently located.
