When you have been in children’s ministry for the past thirty-five years, it is in you to just have an eye out for something that will help reach the children for Jesus.

F.A. Schwartz was born at one of these times.

And it came to pass, we were in New York State for a wedding. We decided to go visit New York City. One of the places we visited was a toy store called F.A.O. Schwarz, made famous in a couple of movies, for example Tom Hanks and Robbert Loggia are seen dancing on the store’s giant foot piano in the 1988 movie called Big. And in 2011, its former Fifth Avenue location was prominently featured in the 3D action film Smurfs
