NGLC is an inter-denominational Christian Conference focused on equipping, educating, and engaging leaders (young & 'old') of youth and children, within the context of a local church or Christian organization.

The conference is not limited to clergy, but open to the many people who take on roles of influence in the lives of children or youth. These influencers could be parents, teachers, mentors, Sunday School leaders, worship leaders, media directors, etc. If you’re a nextgen leader this conference is for YOU!
