This company is an ethical cut-and-sew manufacturer based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Their mission is to provide world-class, ethical manufacturing that empowers marginalized people and survivors of exploitation to fresh starts and fulfilled lives. They gauge their success by the lives they impact. They are currently seeking someone to join as a Human Resources Manager.
Skills
The purpose of the role is to ensure the company maintains a positive and supportive work environment for all employees. She develops and trains staff to the best of their abilities and encourages growth in the personal lives of staff, which is fostered by the HR team. Responsibilities include ensuring a positive work environment, interacting with staff to provide encouragement and assistance to grow, and helping conduct orientation programs. The qualified candidate would possess good counselling skills, be proficient in English and Nepali, and have at least a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in a related field.
