Merry Christmas From the Bantseev's, Global Workers in Siberia

As this year comes to an end, we can't express how grateful we are for all your prayers and support that allow us to minister in Russia! As you know, our children have all grown up in Siberia, and we'd like to share with you a brief update on what's been happening in their lives since they've left home.

1. After graduation from the University of Texas in Biomedical Engineering and Biochemistry, the Lord blessed Joshua with a job at Johnson & Johnson. Every day he enjoys assisting heart surgeons in mapping the heart for arrhythmia. He prays for each patient during the surgeries and for God's leading in each operation.

2. Jessica thoroughly enjoys studying Digital Media at the University of Valley Forge. Her desire is to make the Gospel readily accessible throughout Russia via media. Here is a one minute video of a metaphor on “God’s Restoration “that she recently did as an assignment.

3. Joanna is finishing a two year program at Summit International School of Ministry which is a Bible School from Times Square Church. She very much enjoys being on the worship and evangelism team and plans to continue her education in nursing next fall.

4. Joseph is living with his aunt and uncle in Allentown, PA and is especially enjoying his last year of high school because he's playing on two hockey teams. His desire is to attend Liberty University in the fall. Here is a one minute video he recently did as an assignment on "Lesson she learned in Life.”

Janet and I are adjusting to being “empty-nesters." As we continue in our 23rd year of pastoring a church in Novokuznetsk and serving Teen Challenge in Russia, we are all so thankful to God for the new position of serving Eurasia in developing Teen Challenge Centers.

Recently we organized a Eurasia Conference with Teen Challenge directors from 11 nations: India, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Iran, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Lebanon, Lithuania and Russia. Most of these leaders live in poor countries under very difficult conditions. We’re grateful for our friends from Global Teen Challenge, Kevin Tyler, Dave Batty, and Bernie and Cathy Gillot and for all they’ve done to help make this conference a success!

The highlight of the conference was the last day when each director shared his most pressing needs and took turns getting on his knees as everyone gathered around him for prayer. It was a very moving time as we bonded together in prayer with love for one another. Here is a one minute video that they made for you.

We'd like to thank you for all your prayers for our family over the years! With all our heart we want to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and all of God's blessings in the New Year!

Merry Christmas!!!
