Alberta & Northwest Territories District
Rev. Corey Randell (pictured above) was elected district superintendent of Alberta and the Northwest Territories on May 7, 2025. Corey is known for his bold and challenging “tell it like it is” speaking style. Anchored by an unshakable belief that no situation is beyond hope, Corey challenges churches to reimagine their mission and rethink how they engage culture so more people can encounter the power of God in real, relevant ways.
With deep roots in kids and youth outreach, he has served for over 12 years as a lead pastor with a focus on church turnarounds and outbound community engagement. Corey brings practical experience, depth, vision, energy and grit to every environment he serves. He has ministered across Canada, often alongside his wife, Chanda—a brilliant mom, dynamic communicator, cherished companion, and trusted ministry partner. Corey previously served as the assistant district superintendent in Alberta for seven years.
Manitoba & Northwestern Ontario District
Rev. Bill Pipke (pictured above) was elected district superintendent of Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario on April 22, 2025. After 28 years of ministry outside the district, Bill and Shirley Pipke returned to their roots. It has also been Bill’s joy to serve as the camp pastor at Manhattan Beach Camp since 2017.
Bill serves as the executive director of Bridging China and Africa and Commissioning a Lifestyle of Integrity, roles he will continue. His passion for global missions has led to developing Loads of Love and planting 500 churches globally.
The Pipkes’ home has provided short-term care to 19 teenagers who needed a safe place to be mentored. Today, 18 of these people are serving the Lord.

Quebec District
Rev. Paul Tétreault (pictured above) was elected district superintendent of Quebec on May 6, 2025. He served as assistant to the superintendent of the Quebec District since its founding in 2000.
After graduating from Bible college in 1985, Paul served as associate pastor at Assemblée du Plein Évangile de Lasalle until 1990, after which he co-ordinated all district ministry events held in Quebec for seven years. In 1997, he became lead pastor of the Église de la Nouvelle Espérance until his first election as assistant to the superintendent. He is currently part of the pastoral team at Hub Rive-Sud.
Beginning in 2011, Paul’s role as assistant to the superintendent took on a more specialized focus, aimed at fostering a culture of support within the district through mentorship, coaching, pastoral care, church planting and ministries to youth, women, men and children.
Paul has been married to Chantal for 42 years and is the father of adult twins, Karina and David. His eldest daughter, Nathania, passed away from cancer on February 3, 2018, at the age of 30.
