GOOD FRIDAY & EASTER SUNDAY

Pray for God to prepare the hearts of the many visitors who will be attending Good Friday and Easter Sunday services at churches and other gathering points around the world this weekend. Pray for a clear presentation of the gospel at each location, and that God will use messages to draw many hearts to Himself and to faith in Christ. Pray that God would grant church leaders and members peace, wisdom, unity and direction as they prepare to host these services, and that all the details will come together well. Pray also that God will guide their follow-up plans with these visitors in the weeks ahead.

BRITISH COLUMBIA & YUKON DISTRICT

Pray for the youth pastors and leaders attending the “Hitting the Target in Discipleship” Historymaker Social at Emmanuel Church in West Kelowna, B.C., on April 17. May they be equipped, encouraged and empowered as their leadership skills are developed and sharpened. Ask God to inspire and encourage them as they connect with one another and with Him. May God use what they learn to help them grow and make an even greater kingdom impact in the lives of youth.

CANADA

Please continue to pray for Clark and Kim Moran, co-lead pastors at Abbotsford Pentecostal Assembly, who are still attempting to bring their adopted son, Ayo, home to Canada from Ghana. Pray that God will bring an end to the administrative delays so that they will all be reunited in Canada soon. Pray that He will encourage the Morans during this difficult time, and grant them peace. May God also use their experience to draw people to learn more about Him and to faith in Christ.

Guy & Jane Penney

SENEGAL

May God continue to bless and guide Guy and Jane as they minister in Senegal. Pray for wisdom and good decision making as they work with everyone around them on a daily basis. Pray for their continued health and safety as they travel and minister. Pray also that the gospel will continue to touch lives throughout Senegal.
