Kristin Pollard

May 5 – 7, worship leader

Kristin W. Pollard was born in Newfoundland on October 19, 1974 and is a fourth-generation Pentecostal. His grandfather was the first “worship leader” in their small-town church and was the key influence in Kristin’s path to full-time music ministry. Saved as a child, he always knew that God had a specific plan for him, but he couldn’t see what that was beyond following the Lord. He finished high school and enrolled in college, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in music. It was at that point that he started asking God what the purpose of his musical abilities were. He took a big step of faith in 1997 and became the worship and arts pastor at Glad Tidings Church in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Kristin has served this church now for 22 years and has seen God do amazing things in and through his ministry. He has recorded several gospel albums and has been nominated for an ECMA (East Coast Music Association) award for two consecutive years in a row.

Kristin’s ability to lead people into the presence of God and his sensitivity to the Holy Spirit has been key in his longevity as a worship pastor.

Kristin has been married for 19 years to Debra-Lee and has been blessed with two amazing teenagers, Ethan Daniel and Sydney Rae.
