Reena Kersey is a campus minister with University Christian Ministries (UCM) at the University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO).

UCM is an on-campus Christian community at UBCO where students can encounter Jesus right where they are! The team values whole-life worship, students leading students, and being a hospitable community. UCM meets for weekly on-campus worship every Thursday night. Throughout the week, student leaders host on-campus Bible study groups, prayer meetings, and social events.

Reena and the team are committed to serving and reaching out to students on campus through the Red Frogs program. Their desire is to be a positive peer presence on campus by providing a harm-reduction program where they provide hydration stations at parties and events where students are vulnerable to the drug and alcohol culture. They also promote alternative events where students can get involved in a faith-based community on campus and also engage in healthy and holistic living.

Reena has been serving in campus ministry since 2018. She is passionate about building Christian community, equipping students to share the gospel with their peers and sharing the love of Christ with the university campus. Reena has a Bachelor of Theology from Summit Pacific College.
