Location: Germany
Ministry Focus: Markus and Liz are passionate about supporting church planting and revitalization initiatives in Germany. Of the 80 million people, less than 2 per cent attend an evangelical church regularly. The Brand'ts lead "Das Kanada Haus" (DKH), the base of the PAOC Eurasia Region in Bad Brückenau, 1.5 hrs from the Frankfurt Airport. The guest house (45+ beds) hosts Canadian mission teams who minister in prayer, worship and evangelistic outreaches. There are more than 150 cities within a four-hour radius of the centre that need a life-giving church. Markus and Liz desire to champion national leaders and churches within the German Pentecostal movement by networking, serving in ministry and hosting leadership and church retreats at the DKH. Their vision is also to reach the young generation through English language kids and youth camps with the assistance of Canadian volunteers.
Ministry History: Markus and Liz have been ministering in pastoral leadership in Canada and Germany for over 20 years. The Brandt's also ran kids and youth camps, directed a retreat center and were church planters in the former East Germany. They have led and hosted many international mission teams.
