Ministry Location: Germany, Eurasia
Ministry Focus: Markus and Liz are passionate about reaching the people of Germany. 2017 marks the 500th year since Luther's Reformation. Of the 80 million people, less than 2 per cent attend an evangelical church regularly. The Brandts have been asked to lead "Das Kanada Haus" (DKH), the base of the PAOC Eurasia Region in Bad Brueckenau. The centre can accommodate up to 50 guests, located just one hour from the Frankfurt Airport. They are presently getting ready to move to the DKH in order to host and accompany international missions teams. Through prayer, worship and evangelistic outreaches, many of the 150 cities with no Pentecostal church within a four-hour radius of the centre will be prepared and impacted for church planting. This will happen in co-operation with the Pentecostal movement in Germany. Markus and Liz are also preparing the facilities for English language kids camps. With the help of Canadian volunteers, they will be reaching out to the young generation of Germany.
Ministry History: The Brandts have been lead pastors in Canada and in Germany for the last 20 years. Before that, they managed a youth retreat centre in Germany. They have been running kids and youth camps in both Canada and Germany since 1990. Markus and Liz have hosted many international missions teams, especially during their church planting project in the former East Germany.
