We are more than pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Lepojarvi as ERDO’s Director of International Programs effective mid-August 2020.

Daniel comes to ERDO having served for 15 years in a variety of development and mission roles with Fida International, the Finnish Pentecostal missions, development and relief agency. Daniel served Fida in East Africa, based in Tanzania, and Southeast Asia, based in Cambodia. He followed with a term in the Finland national office and most recently, has served as the Regional Director for East Africa, Middle East and Central Asia, based in Jordan. Prior to his time at Fida, Daniel served as youth pastor in the Oulu Pentecostal Church in Finland.

Daniel brings a lifetime’s wealth of experience to this critical role at ERDO. He is a skilled and strategic administrator and a leader who expresses a strong sense of call to the vulnerable, giving voice to those he serves. Working with local Finnish congregations as well as national governments and local program partners, he understands best practices within the relief and development world, bringing a heart of ministry to all he does.

Daniel competed his university education in Finland, after having been raised in both Finland and British Columbia.  He is married to Sirkku and together they have three children, Benjamin, Daniella and Samuel. Currently living in Jordan, they will transition to ERDO and its Mississauga office in August, subject to the current lockdown restrictions in both Jordan and Canada.

We welcome Daniel, Sirkku and their family to ERDO and pray God’s richest blessing on them as they transition to us this summer.

Every blessing and much peace,

David Adcock
CEO, ERDO
