Week oF APRIL 24, 2017
CANADA
Pray for the Manitoba and the Northwestern Ontario District Conference taking place this week in Winnipeg. Pray that leaders will be encouraged and receive clear direction from the Lord as they worship God, pray together and share ideas with each other on reaching their communities for Christ. Pray also for safe travel for everyone attending.
Terry & Heather Burns
INDIA
Please pray that God will provide many opportunities for Terry and Heather to share God’s Word and that the Holy Spirit will guide their words as they make Him known. Pray also for health, safety and encouragement as they minister to the people around them.
VENEZUELA
Many people are being injured or killed in anti-government protests and looting that are occurring daily in Venezuela. People are facing triple-digit inflation and must wait in long lines to purchase basic necessities. The government has taken over or blocked all media and militarized their police forces. Pray that God will comfort the family and friends of those who have been killed. Pray for God’s intervention and guidance for Venezuela’s leadership, that He will move them to make decisions in the best interests of the people. Pray also for opportunities for the gospel to spread, so people find hope and comfort in Christ.
ERDO
Please pray for all of the ERDO ChildCARE Plus programs and the 7,800 children that are benefiting from education, improved nutrition and spiritual nurture. Pray especially for those children who are not yet sponsored, that people would step forward to support them.
